💫 kids naturally mirror us (thank youuu mirror neurons! 🧠)
And in a BROADER sense: looking after ourselves (reducing the stress hormone cortisol) is MORE than self-care. It’s what enables us to self-regulate and show up more calmly for THEM. It’s good care-giving!! 💕
