Self Isolation Does Not Have to Be Isolating
Although you’re told it stay home, you don’t have to be alone. We have this amazing technology at our fingertips that we can call, video, text and have voice conversations within an instant!
5 ways of keeping in touch....
1️⃣ Make a Phone call - your family, friends, clients. If you want a personal touch, pick up the phone instead of a text message or email 👩🏼💻
2️⃣ Video Chat - there are so many ways to video chat. FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger. If you’re thinking about someone you want to see, video chat them. It does not have to be isolating. 🙍🏼♀️
3️⃣ Zoom - Conduct a group zoom call with some girlfriends, some IG friends, your clients - Maintain connections 👯♀️👯♀️
4️⃣ Send IG Voice Messages - This has many benefits, the person on the other end can hear your voice, get to know you and your tonality, if they respond you hear there’s and it’s quicker than typing 😉
5️⃣ Ask Engaging Questions on Stories - Get your audience engaged and talking to you!
Self Isolation does not have to be completely isolating!! Pick up your device and make a move!
